May 2021 Spotlight--Mother's Day

Today is Mother’s Day and it is the second Mother’s Day I’ve celebrated since my mother transitioned beyond the veil in March 2020.

And, while my body mourns for the loss of her physical touch, my soul rejoices because she still lives on within me, within my family, and within my children. My heart and my soul continue to feel her everlasting, unrelenting, unconditional love each and every day.

So, today I’m going to share a passage from the Bible that talks about love.

A mother’s love is forever and always.

"Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.
